We strive to ensure that our Services are available to you at all times. However, there may be occasions when access to the Services may be interrupted, including for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

The prices for our services are as quoted on our website or as otherwise provided to you in writing. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be specified in our quote or contract with you. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Payment must be received in full before we commence work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by you and our assessment of the required work. If the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise, additional charges may apply.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Company Content

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
